Introduction:

This Resume Screening ,Ranking and Building System is an intelligent system to build , rank and screening for resume and CV. Now there is more belong to the intelligent technology to reduce man work and easy to manage many data and process it by particular functionality. This system are basically created in ML and NLP and Web Technology.

Objective:

The objective of this system is that the candidate can choose resume and analyze their skills from the resume and our web application will create a PIE-chart base on their skills, the HR can rank resumes based on requirements of the role and also resume building gives the proper format of building resumes and manage content that require at the time of placement processes.

Functionality:

Resume Screening:

Resume screening is the process of determining whether a candidate is qualified for a role based his skills on particular roles in industry.

Resume Ranking:

Resume Ranking is gives percentages on group of resume to compare with the Job Description and gave rank based on more similar to less one and also store in Firebase.

Resume Building:

Resume Generator is basically the application that generates the resume with the standard manner and proper format to cover all the point that requires in the efficient resume. It consist many section and sub section like about yourself, Education, Experience ,project and many. User can select their template and download their resume in pdf format.
